The
children of CREA organised a unique exhibition that made every
visitor sit up think what children provided the right ambience
for learning and enquiry can do. The theme of the exhibition
was “History of the Twentieth Century”. This was
a very broad topic and hence under the able guidance of the
teachers of CREA the children chose the topics relevant to today’s
community building and knowledge enhancement.
The four segments were: |
 |
Dictators and Spiritual leaders |
 |
Environmental Disasters and resulting Natural
Calamities |
 |
Advancements in the sphere of Science and
Space |
 |
The evolving culture of India |
|
| |
The exhibits were meaningfully displayed
and received the admiration of parents and other visitors. |
| |
As part of the community building
exercise, the neighbouring schools were invited to visit the
exhibition and this evoked enthusiastic response from the school
authorities and students.
The exhibition was inaugurated in a simple ceremony by Dr. Devanesan,
Head Department of Social Dynamics, St. Joseph’s College,
Tiruchirapalli. |
